1. Return and refund policy

Unfortunately, we do not accept any sent-back products or refund claims once the orders have been placed (unless there are flaws with the products in the producing process). Please kindly make sure every detail in your orders is correct before placement, especially your email and address.

❤ In case of damages caused to the products in transporting or processing, as soon as the packages arrive, please kindly send us the pictures of the products' conditions so that we can have a detailed supporting solution for you right away.

❤ To the products lost in the shipping, please contact us after our maximum delivery time of 4 weeks if you haven't received any packages yet.

❤ To a few kinds of original or limited products, we will have a refund for you (not include the shipping fee)

❤ To other kinds of ordinary and available products, we will resend you other similar ones.


2. Shipping

❤ All the products ordered via our website will be delivered from our store in Vietnam.

❤ All the orders will be delivered by Registered Mail Services and will be arriving at least 3 to 4 weeks after being sent.

❤ There are a few cases that the shipping to be delayed due to the customs inspection in some countries.

❤ Meanwhile, we also have the express delivery (EMS, UPS...) with higher fees (depending on the sizes and the weights of the products, the minimum charge is 25 USD for a small piece) which takes around 1 week for the delivery.

❤ As soon as the packages have been sent, you will be received the orders' details and also the shipping information.
Right after the packages arrive in your country, they will be transferred to your local post office to complete the delivery. If you have any difficulties with the delivery, please contact them.

❤ The international delivery requires you to pay for the customs and import duties. All of your international customers will also pay for the customs fees of your country. Legally, we are supposed to state all of the payment details for every international delivery along with the invoice in their requirement. For more information, please contact your national customs office.

❤ Due to your requests, we can combine all of your orders into one delivery to minimize the shipping fee, but only when the previous orders are made by the same person/ account and are not shipped yet. The additional fee will be charged due to the total weight.

❤ Your orders will be packed with paper and biodegradable cloth bags as we are in an attempt to minimize plastic materials in packing and producing processes.

❤ Unfortunately, due to the limits of our delivery service providers, we are unable to ship to those countries and territories:
- The Islamic Republic of Iran
- Israel
- Saudi Arabia
- Sudan
- Syria
